Ashley Jones

Ashley Aubra Jones (born September 3rd, 1976) is an American actress. Her best-known role is portraying Megan Dennison, on The Young and the Restless and Bridget Forrester, on The Bold and the Beautiful. The HBO drama True Blood, she played the role of Daphne. Ashley Jones earned a Bachelor of Human Learning, K-8 in 1997 from the University of Tennessee at Martin. She began her professional career as an educator in Maury County where she taught children in kindergarten and Reading. In 1998, she got married to her UT Martin sweetheart Brent Jones and then moved in Thompsons Station. At Bethesda Elementary she started teaching the 4th Grade. Between 1999 and 2000, she continued to teach as she was getting her Masters of Instruction through Trevecca Nazarene University but stepped out of the classroom after they welcomed their oldest son Baylor into the world in 2000. Ashley has spent the last fifteen years focused on the progress of the children in her home congregation and in the community, while also serving in various capacities. Ashley was a teacher within the Preschool and the Student Ministry of Thompson Station Church for over 13 years. As Ashley was at home with her children they spent 3 years of homeschooling. In the time they were homeschooling the kids attended a tutoring session at which Ashley taught History during Kindergarten and the First Grade. Ashley loved being in the home with her children and was a great teacher the children. But, God made it clear that the time had arrived for the family to move back fully-time. Brent and Ashley are the parents of five children. Silas, Eliza, and Cruz all are students at GCA. Baylor is an GCA student who plays baseball at University of Tennessee-Martin. Callan as well as is a GCA graduate, attends Western Kentucky University. This is a very busy family who enjoys activities, fishing and hunting with their children. Romans 8:28.
