Anna Silk
Anna Silk was born in January 1974. Her most popular role is Bo who is from Showcase's Lost Girl television series. Silk was born in Fredericton New Brunswick Canada. Ilkay is the director of drama and producer in St. Thomas University, is Silk's mother. Her father, Peter is an academic. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna remembers some of her earliest memories of childhood, like watching and participating in rehearsals of plays. Silk was a part of a variety of commercials when she was a kid. She earned a Bachelor's degree in Arts from St. Thomas University in 1997. Theatre St. Thomas has produced two productions in the early days: Seven Menus and The Kitchen. Silk moved to Toronto for further development of her acting career in the month of November 1999. Later, she spent the following decade relocated into Los Angeles California. Seth Cooperman met Silk at an acting workshop located in Los Angeles, in 2007. The couple got engaged the year 2009 and wed with a civil ceremony December of the same year. They renewed their vows April 10, 2011 in Fredericton following the time that Silk converted to Judaism. Silk had an infant son named Samuel Jerome Cooperman in May 2013. Levi Aaron, Silk's second baby boy was born in the month of May in 2016. Silk's work on television is a part of Being Erica as Cassidy Holland in which she was awarded an Gemini Awards nod in 2009. Her most notable role was in the role of Bo Dennis, a succubus as seen on the television show Lost Girl. Silk became pregnant during final production of the season 3 finale. She announced the news to the viewers during Showcase's Season Three Pre-Show Special on the 6th of January, 2013. Silk posted on Twitter on June 20, 2013 that production was underway for Season 4. On 4 June 2013 Showcase and Prodigy Pictures confirmed the start of Production for Season 4 of the show. CNN Cable News Network named Bo, along with Lauren Zoie Palmer, as the same-sex couple on Lost Girl to be one of its favorite TV Couples of all time. E! Magazine declared that they were the top Television Couples of 2013. Entertainment Television. Silk has an enormous social media following, including Facebook and Twitter as a direct result of its popularity.
